When the TV arrived, it wasn’t just dropped off like another companies. They delivered, unpacked, installed and tested it before leaving. They also provided directions on a way to use it. I didn’t expect the delivery guys from Pilot to produce this full service and was very impressed! The TV itself provides a really clear image and blacks are better than expected. This had my concern before delivery due to some bogus reviews that noted poor blacks. I bought many 3D movies and it was exciting to observe particularly watching my half-dozen year recent son attempting to grab the fish in IMAX underneath the ocean. The 3D is as clear as the theatre. the sole factor I noticed is that some 3D movies have better 3D than others, however this seems to be due to the creating of movie – not the TV set. 3D Polar categorical was also a great movie in 3D, however make certain you get the one created in 2010. Wireless came upon was a snap to connect to our N router. Netflix worked awesome! Audio issues taken off of the box though. Sound would drop every 15 seconds then return after a second or so. i tried live broadcast, i tried programs we tend to had DVR’d that I knew were of excellent quality. i tried DVD and VHS (yes VHS…we still have one!) after reading some forums and messing with it for nearly an hour I gave up and referred to as Vizio support. they’d me restart (unplug) the TV, undergo a cleansing procedure at come out and therefore the issues continued. we tend to continued changing settings on the D-TV box and therefore the TV but nothing helped. I asked my wife and children to undertake it successive day and see if it got any higher. once I came home from work i was met at the door from my youngsters telling me that the TV had to travel. vizio e3d470vx I love Vizio, I have a 47′ that includes a spectacular image and performance for over a year currently. I’ve heard rumors of Vizio’s having problems but ignored it as my expertise has been nice. thus it was time for a replacement TV for a different space and that i decided to travel Passive 3D with this set. I received it and was disappointed to possess problems out of the box. after I watched TV in 3D mode there was a really noticeable black bar extending across the screen and major back-light bleeding in 2d and 3D. it was unbelievably distracting when the scene or game had dark colours on the border and you can see bright white beams bleeding into the picture. I returned it and received a replacement. i used to be pleased that the issues were all gone.

I loved the 3D on the replacement set, it looks really good – nice popping images, good color, the glasses are light, and cheap! however, I wasn’t as impressed by the HD non-3D pic. The contrast and colours weren’t as sharp and crisp as my different Vizio. that is as a result of it didn’t have as many options as my different Vizio (Contrast Ratio in thousands not millions, refresh rate of one hundred twenty instead of 240, etc.) thus truthful enough – Traded in a number of the Cadillac options for the 3D – I can live with it. The apps were nice – no major complaints and i’m a cheerful man.

Sadly, 32 days later(just beyond the return policy)I activate the TV and that i have constant back light bleed problems because the 1st TV . LG 42LK450 I bought this TV as a secondary device for the kitchen.
