The could be the second replacememnt tire out gas blower for my own 15 yr old high effecient caused air heater. The primary lasted 10 years before keeping failure on the blower. The OEM replacememnt originating from a local furnace mechanic shop was finding noisey after 5 years thus purchased a Fasco A170 from Amazon. The new one was nearly a defined replacement for your OEM system (no longer manufactured). It added perfectly and was quieter running compared to the 5 year old device.

This survived one (1) 30 days. After your second month of operation, the unit started to sound hard when starting up and final down. It is now two (two) several months since instalation and you will hear the actual motor vibrate though the entire house and outside via the furnace exhaust when closing down.
