RF711-S02 Black Friday Deal I bought one in every of the samsung rf series recently (712) and it seems this unit cannot play all music CDs. I took to samsung service twice and was informed the unit cant play all formats. when I informed customer care of this problem, with 2 job references showing this cannot play all CDs, they simply told me is there’s nothing they can’t do as a result of they don’t guarantee to play all music formats, although these CDs played on alternative laptops.
I wrote a review to samsung explaining the matter however my review was rejected by the headquarters.
Most definitely would not buy again any samsung laptop.RF711-S02 Black Friday Deal
